During the repair process, the template is used to check whether the shape after welding meets the requirements. If there are still parts with insufficient height, the welding position is reset until the shape after repair is consistent with the template. After welding, the gear surface can be polished according to the shape of the template with a manual polishing machine, so that it can continue to be used without expensive gear replacement.
